The Knitting Guild of Santa Cruz offers the same program twice a month to accommodate the busy schedules of our members. The purpose of this guild shall be to provide education and communication to advance the quality of workmanship and creativity in their knitting endeavors. We welcome visitors of ANY skill level to join us. Bring whatever you’re working on and enjoy knitting with us!
The NIGHT MEETING will be on the second Tuesday of every month, from
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, 2500 Soquel Ave.
The Fireside Room is located at the back of the church. Turn into the parking
lot, and proceed to the back, where the lot opens up; the church will be on
your right. Park and go over to the building, where you will see that two
parts of the church meet . . . there’s a sort of alcove. Go in the main
door, next to the office. Once inside you will see the Fireside Room on
your left; that’s where we will be meeting.
DAY MEETING is the third Thursday morning of each month from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 Except in December there is a joint meeting for a members only potluck on the second Tuesday evening.
AT OUR NEW LOCATION: Vintage Faith Church (aka The Abbey), large brick church at the corner of Mission and Highland.
From Highway 1 North, Highland is first right after light at top of hill
where Highway 1 merges into Mission Street. Parking lot is first right off
From Highway 1 (Mission Street) South, left at light on Walnut to Escalona.
Right on Escalona to its end at Highland. Parking lot is across Highland.
Enter Office. Meeting is straight ahead in The Fireside Room.
