April 2011 Meeting

This months’ program is all about color and knitting.  Dona Bumgarner, geek girl, activist feminist, hippie chick, artist, knitter and brand new mom of an eight week old has been exploring the world of art since she started water color classes at the age of 8.  This month she is going to share her ideas about color and knitting through color wheels and a few knitted color samples.  Everyone is invited to bring in knitted color samples of what they thought worked or didn’t work or things they want advice on.  You can learn more about what’s going on with Dona at her blog and web site here :

Hope you can join us for what will be sure to be a colorful program.
